Straight answers from a Singapore-based specialist — so you can plan with confidence.
In a hotel or restaurant, a display is part of the interior design — it needs to look right as much as it needs to function. We work with your interior designer or fit-out contractor to specify screen sizes, aspect ratios and brightness levels that complement the space rather than dominate it. Low-heat, low-noise LED panels are particularly important in dining environments where guest comfort is paramount.
Hospitality venues operate long hours, often 7 days a week. We specify commercial-grade LED panels rated for 50,000+ hours of continuous operation, and back them with service contracts that include scheduled maintenance and priority response — so a screen fault doesn't become a guest experience issue.
We integrate LED displays with content management systems (CMS) that your team can update without technical knowledge — changing menus, event schedules or promotional content from a tablet or laptop. For multi-venue groups, centralised CMS lets you update all screens from one place.

For most restaurants, P2.5–P3.91 indoor LED is ideal — sharp enough for close viewing, bright enough for ambient-lit dining rooms, and available in custom sizes. For menu boards specifically, we recommend a minimum brightness of 800 nits to stay readable in well-lit spaces.
Standard indoor LED is not rated for high-humidity or kitchen environments. For areas near kitchens or with high moisture, we specify IP-rated panels or position screens away from direct steam and grease exposure. We assess the environment during the site survey.
We integrate a content management system (CMS) that lets you update menus, prices and promotions from a phone, tablet or laptop — no technical knowledge required. Changes go live immediately or can be scheduled in advance.
Yes. We regularly collaborate with interior designers and main contractors on hospitality fit-outs. We provide technical drawings, coordinate with structural and electrical trades, and ensure the LED installation complements the overall design intent.
