What we collect
When you submit an enquiry, we collect the details you choose to provide: name, work email address, phone number, selected service, project message and any attachment. We also record the page that led to the form, the referring website origin and any campaign tags present in the URL so we can understand how the enquiry reached us. Attachments may include drawings, photographs or other project documents. Please do not submit passwords, payment-card details or other information that is not needed for the enquiry.
Why we use it
We use enquiry information to assess the request, reply to you, arrange a survey or quotation where appropriate, deliver requested support and maintain a record of the business conversation. The site also records optional, consent-based analytics so that we can understand which public pages are useful. We do not use project attachments for advertising.
Storage, access and retention
Enquiries are stored in our website database and sent to the ETA Visual enquiry mailbox. Attachments are stored through the website’s managed file-storage service and are shared internally only when needed to handle the request. We keep enquiry and project information only for as long as it is needed for the stated purpose, support follow-up or applicable record-keeping obligations. Access is restricted to people who need it for those purposes.
Cookies and analytics choices
Necessary browser storage supports basic website operation. Optional analytics and marketing tags are not loaded until you choose “Accept analytics” in the cookie prompt. You may change the decision at any time using the control in the footer.
Your choices
You may ask us to access, correct or delete personal data connected to your enquiry, subject to applicable obligations. Email perry.peng@etavisual.com with enough information for us to locate the record. We may need to verify the request before acting on it.
