Rolls-Royce Showroom Singapore – Premium LED Display Installation

With multiple vehicles and large-format screens, the LED displays formed an important part of the customer experience. The objective was to integrate the displays cleanly into the showroom architecture so that the technology supported the premium environment rather than reading as an isolated add-on.

The project used Absen N Series LED products. In a premium automotive setting, product selection needs to consider image quality, colour consistency and reliable day-to-day operation alongside the physical display layout.

The programme allowed ETA Visual to coordinate LED requirements with the main contractor before installation. Structural requirements for the timber backing behind each screen, including the required thickness, width and height, were communicated before the display team arrived.

Power and network cable quantities and positions were documented in drawings and reviewed during project meetings. Once the supporting structure, cables and related work were prepared, ETA Visual carried out site measurement and verification to confirm the actual conditions matched the coordinated drawings.

The showroom contained many large LED displays and therefore a substantial number of control-system components. ETA Visual consolidated the control systems into a central equipment rack to make management, maintenance and troubleshooting more organised.

ETA Visual's scope included installation, commissioning, user training and handover. The delivery objective was to ensure that the client's team could operate the completed LED systems confidently, rather than simply receiving installed hardware.

The project documentation set service expectations of a response within four hours, on-site attendance within eight hours for urgent issues and a 48-hour target for non-urgent repair. Clear response requirements can give a premium showroom greater operational confidence, subject to the agreed service terms.
